Upon completion, you will receive an Accredited Food Hygiene Trainer Award and a complimentary PDLSG teaching qualification, enabling you to deliver accredited food hygiene training and issue certificates to your delegates.
The course is available at venues across the UK and via live Zoom. In-house delivery is available for catering businesses and food manufacturers with 6 or more delegates.

Food safety training in the UK is governed by the Food Safety Act 1990, the Food Hygiene (England) Regulations 2006 (and equivalent regulations in Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland), and EU Regulation 852/2004 on the hygiene of foodstuffs (retained in UK law post-Brexit). The regulations require that all food handlers are supervised, instructed, and/or trained in food hygiene matters commensurate with their work activity. Food business operators are responsible for ensuring their staff are adequately trained.Duration
